1st course- Poached Pears stuffed with gorgonzola, herbed cream cheese paired with Dirty Bull Czech Extra Crispy Pilsner or Tenuta Regaleali, Sicilia Bianco

2nd course - Hot Bacon Spinach Salad topped with fried oysters paired with Norse Astrids Amber or Outlier Pinot Noir

3rd course - Boar Shank with asiago grits  paired with Railhouse Brewery Vanilla Porter or Quinta Sardonia Tempranillo 

4th course - Ris a la Mande topped with cherries paired with Brooklyn Brewery Chocolate Stout or Grahams Fine Tawny Port.
